Ana Ansel
When she was younger, Ana loved computer, gaming, and programming. So it is maybe no surprise she ended up in this industry. Within a week of her first analyst job, she was given a new scantron machine and a very thin manual book. Her boss said “figure it out”, and she did, creating a workable form for the database then programmed to produced a meaningful report. Since then she’s taken on many roles and has been successful in each because she speaks both technical and business languages.
She likes to improve things and at work is called a warrior - doing the impossible of unknowingly motivating a very “tired” team, leading the battle, and winning. She motivates teams by acknowledging their importance and skill required in reaching a common goal. “We are leading innovation, change, and transformation of systems and operations,” says Ana. “What we do matters and that's a rewarding thing to be a part of.”
A few accomplishments she’s most proud of include:
• Improved inventory tracking system from 0% - 100% and currently working on improving process to cut down equipment set up time and decreasing equipment related tickets.
• Enabled better and faster decisions for executive management and staff with the conception, development, and delivery of a new data strategy and reporting system used by external accounts and contact center leaders.
• Slashed cost 20% by renegotiating contracts with vendors and transitioning to new technology/service offerings.
• Reduced delivery timelines by 90% and increased the reliability of deliverables with new systems and processed facilitating ease between customers and employee communication.
