Dr. Brooke Taylor is a national security strategist, executive advisor, educator, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning government, defense, academia, public policy, strategic communications, and government relations.

Dr. Taylor's career has focused on helping leaders navigate complex national security, geopolitical, and public policy challenges through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, congressional affairs, executive education, and organizational leadership. She has advised Members of Congress, military leaders, federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, international partners, and private-sector executives on issues related to strategic deterrence, defense modernization, congressional appropriations, foreign affairs, and emerging security threats. Her professional reputation is built on translating complex strategic issues into actionable solutions that help organizations anticipate risk, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions in dynamic environments.

Dr. Taylor appears in domestic and international media providing commentary and has published on these topics in The Washington Examiner, The Washington Post, The Hill, Inside Sources, among many others. Dr. Taylor is a former United States House of Representatives Congressional candidate and distinguished faculty member for the Defense and Strategic Studies Program at Missouri State University.
