The Fall Meeting is an annual four-day, NDTA-USTRANSCOM co-sponsored event that began in 2013 to provide U.S. government and industry with the opportunity to identify and solve logistics and transportation challenges, learn about innovative technologies, develop best practices, and build professional and personal relationships. Education is the central focus with many professional development opportunities along with provisions for obtaining professional certification credits.
This year’s theme aligns with USTRANSCOM’s Global Campaign Plan & Strategic Directives considering a wide range of important topics including advancing the JDDE, homeland defense, setting the globe/theater, tyranny of distance, competitors & potential adversaries, Fourth Component (logistics and transportation industry) readiness, allies and partners, and energy. Topics will focus on operating through contested logistics to ensure the secure, resilient, and continuous movement of personnel, equipment, and fuel for the Joint Force, even when adversaries seek to disrupt or deny global logistics and transportation networks.
