Frieden McLean

Frieden McLean serves as a strategic advisor where he consults on emerging dual-use technologies and opportunities for their implementation within Air Force Global Strike Command.   

Serving over 13 years on active duty, Frieden graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2006.  His operational experience flying the C-17A includes six combat deployments in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, and INHERENT RESOLVE.  Additionally, Frieden was assigned to the Air Operations Centers in both US Central Command and US Indo-Pacific Command, and is Senior Director qualified within the Pacific Air Force’s Air Mobility Division.   

Frieden earned his Master’s Degree from Florida State University and currently serves in the United States Air Force Reserves as Squadron Commander of the 349th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, CA.
