Kieran Denehan

Kieran Denehan is a primary consultant for Air Force Global Strike Command’s B-52H Aircraft Integration Team where he advises the command on means of enhancing the operational effectiveness of the B-52H weapon system.

Serving for over 31 years, Kieran enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1986 and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1993.  His operational experience in the B-52H bomber includes combat deployments for Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM as well as command tours at the squadron and operational group levels.  He also served as a base commander at a non-disclosed location during Operation INHERENT RESOLVE.

Kieran earned three Master’s Degrees during his assignments as an Air Force Intern, Air Command & Staff student, and School of Advanced Air & Space Studies student.  His staff experience includes tours at Air Combat Command, United States Forces Korea, and Air Force Global Strike Command which includes three assignments as a Division Chief.  Kieran retired after serving five years as Chief, AFGSC/A3T Training, Test, and Standardization & Evaluation Division where he oversaw operational training requirements and standards for six major weapons systems.
