Russell Hart

Russell Hart is a primary consultant for the B-52 Aircraft Integration Team to Air Force Global Strike Command.  He advises the command on emerging small business technologies and innovations aimed at mitigating current and future operational, training and support capability gaps and enhancing the effectiveness of the B-52 weapon system. 

Russ served over 31 years active duty in the United States Air Force as a test engineer, director and commander, B-52 instructor pilot, strategic military planner, and staff officer.  He most recently served as the Director of Studies, Analyses, Assessments and Lessons Learned for Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command.  He is a 1990 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.
