With a career marked by dedication and innovation, William (Bill) Power stands out as a seasoned business development expert and technologist. Bill gained his Bachelor's of Science in Physics from the Air Force Academy. Further, he earned master's degrees in both Physics and Military Operational Art and Science. His journey in leadership began in the Air Force, where he served as a senior officer, entrusted with high-stakes missions and leadership roles in selectively manned organizations for over twenty years. Transitioning to the corporate world, he continued to excel, taking on pivotal roles at Lockheed Martin, including leading Corporate Focus Programs and Advanced Programs. His expertise as a USAF Experimental Test Pilot and Unmanned Aerial Systems expert is complemented by a solid foundation in physics, military strategy, and politico-military advisory. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert across various weapons systems, he has contributed significantly to the USAF "Skunk Works" and led multiple global Crisis Action Teams.

His accomplishments are not confined to one area; he has earned US Government Acquisition Level 3 Credentials in multiple disciplines, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge. As an award- winning Modeling and Simulation expert, he has also made his mark as a public speaker, sharing insights on international stages. His leadership has been instrumental in driving Lockheed Martin's business development, particularly in the realms of International Campaigns, Strategic Campaign Leadership, and Operations Analysis. His strategic acumen has been recognized with multiple awards, including Lockheed Martin's prestigious NOVA award.

The breadth of his experience is further demonstrated by his leadership in major programs and initiatives. As the Business Development Lead for the AU AIR6500 Program, he steered a $4.5 billion project, earning accolades for his exceptional performance. His strategic vision extended to COCOM Strategic Initiatives and the AdvancedBattle Management System, where he played a key role in shaping the future of Joint All Domain Operations. His influence also spans across Europe and the UK, leading initiatives in Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Space Situational Awareness, and more. In the ISR and Strategic Effects Portfolio, he has overseen significant growth, managing programs valued at over $300 million annually. His strategic contributions to the RoK Joint Moving Target Surveillance and Control Program and the Belgium F-35 Campaign have not only shaped customer requirements but also led to successful engagements and proposals, further cementing his status as a leader and innovator in his field.
