A single-award Air Force IDIQ held directly by SBCC for Commercial Engagement & Integration and Rapid Acquisition Decision Support. The scope spans commercial market research and outreach, data engineering and analytics, decision-support and visualization tooling, modeling and wargaming, and education and training that help Air Force leaders make faster, better-informed acquisition and operational decisions. Ideal customer: Air Force organizations that need commercial-engagement, data analytics, decision-support, or education and wargaming support and want a direct, streamlined path to contract. Because SBCC is the sole holder, qualifying Air Force requirements can be placed without a separate competition.

A production Other Transaction agreement that operationalizes, scales, and sustains the data engineering and analytics capability SBCC matured under the DACC II prototype. The scope covers end-to-end data pipeline development, integration of disparate mission and enterprise data sources, advanced analytics and AI/ML model deployment, dashboard and decision-support delivery, and ongoing operations and sustainment of fielded solutions. Ideal customer: AFGSC, Headquarters Air Force, and other DoD organizations ready to field, scale, and sustain proven analytics and decision-support solutions at enterprise scale, with a runway through 2033.

A multiple-award Missile Defense Agency IDIQ for advanced, multi-domain defense solutions, on which SBCC holds a prime position. The scope encompasses systems engineering and integration, modeling and simulation, AI/ML and data analytics, digital engineering, rapid prototyping, test and evaluation, and lifecycle sustainment across air, missile, space, cyber, and hybrid domains. Ideal customer: MDA and MDA-supported programs with missile-defense and multi-domain needs that require deep technical expertise delivered through a flexible, pre-competed prime vehicle.

A standing sole-source authority that lets any federal agency direct work to SBCC when that work derives from, extends, or completes our underlying SBIR research in data engineering, analytics, and commercial engagement. The scope can include continued research and development, productization and scaling of proven prototypes, integration into operational environments, and full-rate delivery and sustainment of SBIR-derived solutions — with no dollar ceiling and applicability at all security levels. Ideal customer: any federal contracting office that needs analytics, decision-support, or commercial-engagement work traceable to our SBIR heritage and wants an expedited, uncapped, direct-award path.

SBCC holds awardable status in the DoD Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace for our Data Engineering & Analytics solution. The scope covers AI/ML model development and deployment, data engineering and pipeline modernization, analytics and decision-support delivery, and broader digital transformation efforts. Ideal customer: DoD buyers with an AI/ML, data analytics, or digital-modernization need who want speed — the competition is treated as already satisfied, so the customer can direct the award to SBCC with simplified documentation on the contract vehicle of their choice.

The statutory authority that enables a direct, non-competitive follow-on production award when a competitively awarded prototype has been successfully completed. The scope supports transitioning a proven prototype into full production, scaling and integrating the solution across the enterprise, and delivering ongoing operations and sustainment — all without a new competition. Ideal customer: DoD organizations that want to move a SBCC-proven, Tradewinds-enabled prototype straight into production and sustainment.

SBCC is pursuing Category C — IT and Audio-Visual Mission-Based Services (NAICS 541512) under SEWP VI, a Best-in-Class governmentwide vehicle with an anticipated 10-year period of performance (Nov 1, 2026 – Oct 31, 2036) known for rapid quote turnaround and very low access fees. Our proposed scope centers on data and analytics (IDAS), innovation services, application development, cloud services, and program-management support delivered as integrated IT services solutions, with several order-level contract types available.

SBCC has submitted proposals under three OASIS+ domains — Research & Development; Technical & Engineering; and Management & Advisory — in both the Small Business and SDVOSB pools. OASIS+ is a Best-in-Class governmentwide IDIQ with a 10-year period of performance, no contract ceiling, and all contract types supported. It is the natural home for our DE&A R&D work, our engineering and modeling/simulation capability, and our acquisition and advisory support, with dual pool positions adding set-aside flexibility.

SBCC has submitted a MAS offer covering four SINs mapped to its lines of effort: IT Professional Services (54151S), Management/Acquisition & PM Services (541611), Technical Consulting (541690), and Professional & Management Development Training (611430). MAS is the government's most widely used, low-friction vehicle, with pre-negotiated rates and a low 0.75% access fee, giving every SBCC line of effort a single governmentwide front door.
